Story
Tony Benting, September 1962 to March 2019.
Tony was Ben's beloved uncle who recently passed away. When the funeral arrangements were being made we all decided that there were to be family flowers only and there was no question about where donations at the funeral should go to - Hope House Children's Respite Hospice.
Tony was an amazing husband to Sally, loving father to Kerrie, Tom and Fiona and super-hero grandad. A dearly loved son, brother and uncle.
Such a loved and popular guy without a bad bone in his body, his sense of humour, love, kindness and legendary barbecues and Halloween parties will be missed so much - our lives will never be quite the same again.
Many people have handed me donations after the funeral and so i'm popping them here. Thank you, thank you so much. The collection from the church service will be donated separately to Hope House.
